Free Shipping on Piano Benches*:

We are happy to offer free shipping on all piano benches to the continental United States. People from Hawaii, Alaska, and international customers, please email us for a shipping quote--including the item you are looking for and your address.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Shipping Locations:

Our benches ship from warehouses throughout the United States. GRK is in Ohio, Jansen and Schaff are in Wisconsin, and OSP is located in Arkansas. Our caster cups will come from Oregon.

Shipping Methods:

Piano benches are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground shipping. Caster cups are shipped via the USPS, priority air mail. You should expect your product in 5-7 days.



International Shipping:

While our shipping prices are set for the continental United States, we are happy to ship our products internationally. For a shipping quote, please contact us with your address and the product you are interested in.

Return Policy:

Products may be returned in new and re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee to help cover original shipping costs.
